We discover places of collective property from the past and present, evident and hidden, tasting unusual flavors connected to what these places and landscapes tell us. What they were, what they are and what they could become. The walk, to Lavini di Marco (Rovereto), will be accompanied by culinary tastings by Chiara Mura and Giacomo Lorandi, two food enthusiasts who like to investigate the connection between food, the territory and the people. Together they will accompany us to discover the unexplored flavors of these territories, the relationship that people had with the products that the land produced and how this has changed over time.
Appointment by Chiara Mura, Giacomo Lorandi and Flora Mammana (La Foresta).
